Colección: Engineered Flooring

Engineered flooring is a sawn hardwood wear layer over a cross-ply core. The core is what does the work: it moves far less with humidity than a solid board, which is why engineered goes down over concrete, over radiant heat and below grade where solid wood cannot.

The face is real wood, so what you see and walk on is the species itself — European white oak, French oak, hickory, maple and more. A thicker wear layer means more sandings later; ours run from 1/2 inch through 3/4 inch overall.
