Program description
Charlotte Lumber sends order and sample updates, shipping and delivery notifications, quote follow-ups, and customer-service replies by text message to customers and prospects who have provided their phone number and agreed to receive texts.
Opting in
You agree to receive text messages when you give your phone number to a Charlotte Lumber sales representative — by phone, email, in person at our store, or through a form on our website — and agree to be contacted by text about your order, samples, quotes, and deliveries.
Cost and frequency
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your order and sample activity.
Opting out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
